PaaS targets non-technical small businesses to build a quick and effective online presence. It also built a technical creator portal similar to how Shopify has created buy-and-configure "stores." Creators can sign up and create data-hydrated templates by crafting a website page with a drag-and-drop interface and specifying data requirements that the non-technical users will fill out in the page creation form.
